ENDIAMA EP participates at Business Forum Angola/South Africa

ENDIAMA EP participates, this morning, at the Business Forum Angola/South África, taking place at the Convention Centre of Talatona (CCTA). The Business Forum will be the turning point to approach economically both countries.
ENDIAMA EP delegation includes the chairman of the board f Administration, Manuel Calado, administrators and senior workers of the Group ENDIAMA.
The chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola (CCIA), António dos Santos, Wednesday in Luanda said the national private sector is ready to cooperate with fellow South Africans interested to invest in the country, as long as they create jobs and bring know how, Angop learnt.
According to the chairperson of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Angola (CCIA), Manuel da Silva Lemos, the Forum will lead to great business opportunities, since South Africans are interested in investing in diverse areas of the national economy.
Meanwhile, he referred the oil, mine, agriculture and civil construction sectors are priorities, but the interest could also develop to other economic areas.
Speaking at the opening of the Angola/South Africa Business Forum, he said that investors that want to enter the country may find opportunities in the areas of manufacturing and assembling of agricultural equipment, farm goods, textile industry, shoes, oil derivatives, chemicals and other products.
There will be 171 South African businessman and 134 Angolans.
The Fórum will have three panels, namely Incentive Policies to the Private Investment, and thematic sessions in áreas like banking, finance, oil, gas, industry, energy, water, agriculture and others.
The business forum is taking place on the fringes of the three-day official visit of the South African president, Jacob Zuma, to Angola, whose main goal is to straighten the relationship and cooperation between both countries.
