1. Accommodation - in 2, 4 and 8 bedroom houses and in double and single room accommodation. 2. Cafeteria - With capacity for about 100 people. 3. Health post - Composed by 3 wards, 2 medical offices, 1 treatment room, 1 laboratory of clinical analysis, Farmâcia and Ambulance. 4. 1. Education - Behavioral Leadership Training for leaders, in ways to improve their leadership skills and practices of how to motivate and develop better their teams aiming at better results. -In contribution with Faculties of Luanda, and made available an Ongoing Internship Program, for trainees in the areas of Geology and Mining Engineering. At the end of each internship, the best evaluated are recruited by Uari Project. 2. Health - Internal health post at the camp and support from Clinica Sagrada Esperança for cases of clinical specialties, preventive program in the form of educational lectures. 3. 3. Community - Receives support to provide drinking water and medical assistance to the traditional authorities of the 9 communities around the Project. 4. Cultura - In the mine we have a soccer team that has participated in competitions with the surrounding communities. Diverse social integration activities with workers and communities. 5. Environment - An environmental recovery plan has been drawn up, to begin in 2020, providing for the purchase of equipment and hiring of staff, all dedicated exclusively to this activity.
